By accessing and using Konvenable (the "Service"), operated by Tatinango Technology, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Konvenable is an AI-powered recruitment and applicant tracking platform that helps organizations manage their hiring process. Our services include:

  • Job posting creation and management

  • Candidate application tracking and pipeline management

  • AI-powered candidate screening, scoring, and recommendations

  • Interview scheduling with calendar integration (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook)

  • Analytics and reporting on hiring performance

3. User Accounts

When you create an account on Konvenable, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Konvenable offers subscription plans with the following terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase

  • AI features consume credits according to your plan's allocation. Additional credits can be purchased as add-ons

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law

5. AI-Powered Features

Konvenable uses artificial intelligence to assist with recruitment. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated scores, recommendations, and analyses are provided as decision-support tools, not as final hiring decisions

  • You remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions made using the platform

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting upon them

  • We continuously improve our AI models, which may result in changes to scoring and recommendations over time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or candidates

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

  • Use automated systems to scrape, collect, or extract data from the platform without authorization

7. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Konvenable integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality. When you connect a third-party service:

  • You authorize Konvenable to access and use data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy

  • You remain subject to the third party's own terms of service and privacy policy

  • You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Tatinango Technology and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tatinango Technology and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or through the platform before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
