About the role
Notre client, acteur reconnu de son secteur, recrute un Conseiller Clientèle H/F pour son Service Relation Client basé à Sophia Antipolis. Rattaché(e) au Team Leader, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié d'une clientèle de professionnels (opticiens). À ce titre, vous intervenez sur : La gestion des appels entrants (conseil, assistance, information) La réalisation d'appels sortants (identification des besoins, promotion des services) Le traitement des demandes clients (qualification, orientation, suivi) La gestion des réclamations et du suivi administratif Le traitement des e-mails La saisie de commandes simples et le suivi SAV La gestion de clients premium (STARS & SHOWROOM) L'application des process qualité et relation clientFixebrut annuel Variable : 600 € annuel (objectifs atteints) RTT Tickets restaurant : 11,20jour Horaires : 9h-18h (17h le vendredi)
