About the role
Nous proposons une offre dans le cadre d'un contrat d'apprentissage pour le BTS NDRC (Négociation Digitalisation Relation Client). Vos missions seront :
La Relation client et la Négociation vente :
- Cibler et prospecter la clientèle.
- Négocier et accompagner la relation client.
- Organiser et animer un évènement commercial.
- Exploiter et mutualiser l'information commerciale.
La Relation client à distance et la Digitalisation : -Gestion de la relation client à distance et de la e-relation.
- Gestion de la vente en e commerce.
La Relation client et l'Animation de réseaux :
- Implanter et promouvoir l'offre des distributeurs.
- Développer et animer un réseau de partenaires.
- Créer et animer un réseau de vente direct.
