- Saisie des opérations comptables, enregistrement des factures fournisseurs, règlements, pointage
- Suivi des règlements des factures clients et du compte factor
- Rapprochement bancaire
- Contrôle et saisie des notes de frais
De formation Bac+2/+3 (type DUT, BTS, Licence) en Comptabilité.
CONNAISSANCES REQUISES :
Capacité à réaliser des tâches en suivant avec exactitude les règles, les procédures les instructions
Efficace, rigoureux, sens de l’organisation
Polyvalent, dynamique
A l’aise avec les chiffres
Maitrise pack office
Logiciel comptable : Sage 100, comptabilité, immobilisation, Moyen de paiements.
ERP : Helios.
