Localisation : Niort Entreprise : Compagnie d'assurance ou mutuelle, centre de relation client
Le poste :
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
- Réceptionner les appels entrants clients (souscription, modification de contrat, information)
- Conseiller et proposer des produits complémentaires adaptés aux besoins
- Traiter les réclamations de premier niveau
- Renseigner les outils de suivi et de reporting de l'activité
Profil recherché :
PROFIL RECHERCHE
- Bac+2 assurance ou relation client
- Une première expérience en centre d'appels appréciée
- Sens du service, aisance orale, écoute active
REMUNERATION & AVANTAGES Fixe brut annuel : 20 000 - 25 000 € brut annuel Variable / primes : Primes sur objectifs qualité (environ 1 000 à 2 000 € / an)
