About the role

Overview

The Lead Commercial will be responsible for driving the development and growth of the Kar product, with a focus on customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the Kar product, in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make recommendations for product development and growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and product adoption

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product development and launch plans

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within the team and across the organization

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and product development.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the education or child development sector

  • Proven experience in product development and launch, with a focus on customer needs and market trends

  • Strong understanding of the French education system and regulations

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Fluency in French, with proficiency in other languages being an asset

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

  • Experience with product development methodologies and project management tools

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
