About the role
L'agence LIP Office recherche pour l'un de ses clients un assistant administratif dans le domaine du BTP, un assistant administratif H/F.
Connaissance et utilisation obligatoire du logiciel DOLIBARR sur les expériences précédentes.
Vos missions :
- Gestion des appels
- Gestion des commandes BTP
- Edition et suivi facturation
- Secrétariat divers
Poste en 35h du lundi au vendredi entre 08h00 et 17h00 Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) titulaire de minimum un BTS en gestion administrative, ADV, back office commercial est souhaitée. Une expérience préalable dans un poste similaire est indispensable. Excellentes capacités d'organisation et sens du service client, bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques. La connaissance de DOLIBARR est indispensable. Rigueur, sens du travail en équipe et orientation client.
